常说的“改天”，是another day还是the other day？别傻傻分不清楚

那么，“改天”应该怎么用英语表达呢？

是the other day还是another day呢？

01the other day≠改天
the other day = not long ago，意思是几天前、不久以前。而another day意思是改天、又一天、新的一天。
活到明天就可以说live to see/fight another day。
例：The other day, he cut the grass on his samll lawn.几天前，他才修理完院子里的草坪。
They don't know whether they will live to see another day, but they continue to search for hope in the realms of darkness.他们不知道自己是否能够拥有明天？黑暗中他们仍寻找着希望。

02“改天吧”的地道表达
rain check
“改天吧”经常出现在懒人或大忙人的口中，相当于英语中的"rain check"。该短语来源于美国的棒球文化，如果球赛进行时因为大雨不得不暂停，观众可领“雨票”，或用原票存根作为“雨票”(rain check)，球赛改期举行时可凭之入场。
例：A：How about a cup of coffee?去喝杯咖啡?B：Rain check改天吧。
